Navy corpsmen raced into a blown up building Wednesday ready to save injured marines. It wasn't real, but simulated real life training, preparing them for the battlefield.

We got an up close look at the training the corpsmen go through before heading to the front lines. The training looks like chaos but the corpsmen simulate a rapid triage environment as they work to treat the war wounds of their fellow brothers.

Besides using human patient-simulators that are injured, the corpsmen also train on thirty four thousand dollar life like dummies that actually breath and bleed. Many of the corpsmen we talked to say the training is stressful and intense but its all part of their job.

The training program for these Navy corpsmen lasts seven weeks, mostly in the classroom and in a simulated lab.
