I was wondering if any of the recently graduated Marines had suspended their bills before heading off to boot camp?
My recruiter told me I could have my cell phone bill (Verizon) put on hold while I am in boot camp so that I don't have to start a new plan after graduation. I called Verizon and they said I could do that, but I am wondering if its really worth it or if I should just cancel the service all together. My other option, which I would rather do, is to "prepay" my bill for while I am gone, but that all depends on if I have enough money saved before I leave.
Just wondering if any Marines did something similar when they left. Or maybe any things I should remember to take care of that other may have forgotten before they left.
