0321 and 1371

Can anyone tell me anything about these jobs?

0321 is the reconnaissance man and the 1371 is the combat engineer. I have read the descriptions which are pretty vague. I just would like to know the ups and downs of the jobs, what the jobs really entail, and some commentary on what everyone thinks of the jobs (even if you do not do them). I would appreciate it.
