Sitting in my room, wearing green on green skivvies, I go to SOI Monday afternoon, so I decided hey, its midnight, lets be progressive and get some work done, I took all my clothes out that need to go to the dry cleaners, marked all my gear and service uniforms, packed alllll my gear, (carry on, sea bag, everything) then I said hey, lets polish and edge dress my coreframs.

Just trying to be motivated, get stuff done, you know?

Well at least it didn't spill on your Alphas! ;)

My buddy went home on leave and found his old girlfriend for an evening of sport. She asked him later on, "Why do you have your name on your underwear?"

I think that happens to every Marine at some point...hehe. It's a pain to take off of tile though and carpet is just a lost cause.

Achped,
You are going to have fun refilling an inkjet printer.
Been there, done that. I can't recall what I said when it happened to me but, "Awhhh, sh*t.", would be a good bet. LOL

I'm gonna buy you some washable markers,,, like I did for my kids. Word of advice,,,,stay away from super glue.

The old solution was butter,,,,lotsa butter. But hand cleaner with a heavy dose of lanolin works better.
PS Thanks for my morning laugh.

Ok, so far I've used acetone, rubbed all over my body, and its working. But I'm still not squeaky clean. Its liveable though.

The carpet is a loss.

I feel for you. I wish I could remember what my dad did when it happened to me when I was home on leave. He gave me a rag diluted with vinegar and something else which got the ink off real quick. The only thing was I did smell like a salad dressing for a couple of days.

I'm glad YOU all thinks its funny...when my dad saw it the next morning he said "Who would you prefer I act like regarding this mess? Your senior DI or your heavy?"

He chose senior, but my mom definitely found a green belt somewhere...

Do they still make that Goop hand cleaner? That stuff took off roofing tar with just hand washing.
