America's Marines

Friends of the Marine Corps,

On the year of our 232nd Birthday, your Marine Corps continues to serve America proudly, here in the United States and around the world. On behalf of Marine Barracks Washington, the Silent Drill Platoon and Marine Corps Recruiting Command, I invite you to experience the Corps' connection with America through a new campaign entitled, "America's Marines."

"America's Marines" will bring the Marine Corps to the American public through a new television commercial and a new website at http://www.Our.Marines.com . I encourage you to visit the new website and learn more about this new campaign. At the website, you can watch firsthand as the Silent Drill Platoon travels across the country, performing for
thousands of Americans and participating in the production of the new television commercial.

Perhaps most importantly, you have the opportunity to share in this historic effort by visiting with the Silent Drill Platoon and witnessing the actual filming of the commercial in several cities around the country. Specific details regarding our appearances can be found at http://www.Our.Marines.com . We invite you to attend.

Please help us spread the word by sharing this message with other Marine Corps supporters around the country.

The Corps remains steadfastly committed to Making Marines, Winning our Nation's Battles, and Developing Quality Citizens. Please join the Silent Drill Platoon and the United States Marine Corps as we inspire the next generation of young Americans to earn the title, "Marine."

Semper Fidelis,
Captain Josh Glover

Fontman note: Capt Glover is the Platoon Commander of the Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon based at Marine Barracks, Washington.
