I'll be away from the Threads for a few days, trying to continue making a living, doing physical (grunt) work. I just want to point out that I've been waiting and hoping someone would comment about the recent contemptible low life political poster presented on the news forums about the report of General Petraeus. The placard refers to the General as "General Betray US". Am I the only SOB standing that literally despises anybody, group or party, that would deliberately come up with such trash? Those ads were posted before Petraeus ever spoke. Slimy pukes made him guilty before he even arrived in town. Yet he spoke of reducing numbers, making strides and didn't BS anybody too badly. Unscrupulous bastages!

It's your typical scumbags doing the work AQ (that's Al Queda) can't do in this country. And, by the way, the "unbiased" New York Times also gave them a big, fat, discount to post their ad in that rag.

We have a few of "like mind" here, wander into the Political forums and you'll quickly see what I mean. Watch the monkeys throw poo at one another, but don't bother trying to get involved, you'll just waste your time. Their minds are made up. It's kinda funny to watch but for the most part it'll just get your BP up. Not worth it overall. Yes, they are communists, socialists, and AQ sympathizers. Anyone who has any sense and some cahones to say it can figure it out. Why on earth they want us to lose over there I can't fathom, but for some reason, they do. I think they are deranged. Took me a long time and alot of wasted effort to come to that conclusion. I don't play in there anymore because of that :) So, you've been warned.

Good advice. The more I learn, the less I know. Never wanted to know at all, then found out that I had better learn or fall by the wayside, so I'm playing catch-up. Not backing down, but rather picking and choosing the battles is the healthy successful approach.

Anybody who insults a member of our Armed Forces is unredeemable as far as I'm concerned.:mad: Furthermore, I strongly feel that Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Airman/women and Guardsman/women are to be respected and honored, because they have chosen to serve this nation in a way that can very well result in their losing their lives!:mad:
