Recruiter Cadence

Any of you poolees have recruiters that call cadence during PT? If you do try and remember some and post 'em up because my SSgt is having trouble remembering some.

c'mon he can't remember any cadences? SSgt? I sing two or three every morning in the shower, or before while I'm delivering the kids to the pool.

I wouldn't pick on him for it in front of him but I know alot of Marines do seem to pick on Airwing more. Hence the reason I'm trying for MP. Just have to get my DL. Airwing is my secondary (just in case), cause I got a 78 on my AFQT.

google Marine Corps running cadences there are sites which will let you dl some for free.

Pick up a few cadence CDs, I know we have a few in the basement/gym of our RSS. My recruiter also knows quite a few ;).

Almost every fresh Marine who has come back to PT us has told us how much he hates them and thinks they are a waste of air.

I love cadence it takes your mind off your legs when your running and builds you lungs up.

If all the ladies were holes in the road..............I love the funny ass Full Metal Jacket ones.

The "if all the ladies" cadence is better when route stepping than double timing. It needs to be a little slower.

lil bit of advice...if you do go MP...it would be very smart of you to NOT mention anythign to your DI's that your MOS is MP...lol...on second thought....go right ahead and make sure they do know...lol....you'll have lots of fun just because of your MOS in boot......:marine:
