The Sunday chat for poolees was set up for you, the new poolees, to get together and share and learn now things about my Beloved Corps and get prepared for that trip to the yellow foot prints on either Depot! It worked out well for a while then it seemed to go by the way side.
As Poolees (as well as families of new recruits and poolees) you need to come by the chat room area on Sunday evening from 1900 (EST) until whenever to read and join in on the conversations taking place there. I know each of you have questions that you would like to have answered about your upcoming career, so why not ask about it in an area that is set up for just those type of questions. Plus you don't have to wait for your answer.
You will find the experience of several Marines on that site, that will be of great help to you during your transition into the Corps. IF YOU, AS A POOLEE, KNOW ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE CORPS, then this is not for you! But if you want to test your knowledge or learn it, this is the place to be on Sunday evening. You can leave when you like, stay as long as you like, inject anything you please, IM any one of the participants, whatever. But you need to, at the very least, stop in and see what's going on during that time frame.
This chat is not for old buddies to meet and visit, it is for poolees, and Families, to come together for answers. There are no stupid questions! The only stupid question, is the one that you don't ask! Justin493 is in charge of that chat and he will be there to make sure you stay on topic/topics! I am usually around to listen in and help out when I can.
Anyone who has comments/complimants/advise about this Chat should direct them to Jinelson, and give him your input or complaint. He will make the nesessary adjustments thru Justin493, I am sure.
It is not required that you to attend this chat as Poolees--But why wouldn't you? It's for your own good! Post any comment you wish here also!
