Right now I am 18 and 5'11" 144llbs. Since last year I have been really trying hard to add muscel and weight in general. I haven't really focused on running yet because I fear I will lose weight. I've mainly just been lifting in the gym and eating a lot of food. I will have a year at lest before I am off to boot camp due to college and some oral surgery I have to get. At 5'11" what should I get my weight at?
