Those boys are workin' 24/7. eatin' and sleepin, if they eat and sleep, right where they're at, on the flightline, in the 'hangars' and on the deck, on the birds, on and under the trucks and support vehicles......and then doin' it all over again.....24/7. a hot shower, a hot meal and a rack are just dreams, if and when they have time to think about it.

Yep, and some of em are doubling as air crews, on top of their maintainance duties, if it is anything like it was when I was with HMH-463.

Ayup.

Ain't none of those folks leavin' the AO 'til they're ordered to. And it will take a a lawful order to get them to leave the AO. They care about what they're doin' and why.

I hear it's the same way with motor T and many other MOS's. Get the mission accomplished. Period. All other considerations are secondary, if they are even thought of.

Yup. Been there, done that. Even had the tshirt at one time.
Think I wiped my arse with it when I ran out of paper... cause I had a mission to fly.
