Former Marine having reenlisting trouble

I've been chatting with a former Marine in another unrelated forum. <br />

His only desire since 9/11 has been to reenlist. He had an honorable discharge, but got arrested for simple marijuana...

I don't have the official but if it were up to me I'd say come on back in. I've known lots of fine Marines that liked to "party".
