Question about family and boot camp

I am planning on enlisting and leaving for boot camp after the first of the year. Planning on around a February time frame. I am 28 married with one child and I know that my wife cannot access my basic pay while I am in boot camp. I have also been told that I can take certain known payments such as my car and house payments and have them auto drafted out of my check. My primary question is about BAS and BAH. Will my wife be able to access that and any payments that are not going to be the same each month. How do any of you suggest I can take care of that. I plan on saving up as much as possible between now and then, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

J, if you have direct deposit why wouldn't the wife have access to your account? Maybe its different if you're in Bootcamp on how they deposit your money into banks?
