21-Year-Old In Marine Custody, Accused Of AWOL

A 21-year-old man arrested Monday in Salisbury is in the custody of the Marines Friday at Quantico, Va.
Officials said Mohammed Alam went AWOL from Camp Lejeune last October. He faces prosecution as a deserter.
He was arrested at a nursing home where he was working.
