Afternoon Gentlemen.
My name is Poole Morris and I am currently Enlisted. I ship for Recruit training August 13th. I have been in the DEP for about two months now, and when i originally DEP'd in i was "Diet Recruit" material. i weighed in at 225 at 6'2".
I have since then hit the gym every day and am down to 205.

90 sit ups- 2 mins
75 push ups - 2 mins
3 miles - 25 mins
4 max pull ups

Im just curious of how well you think I will perform In PT, im not afraid of going to boot camp, im just afraid of failure, and I know its not going to be an option.

Any opinions on how well you think i may perform? I still have another month until I ship out, and in the mean time I will be Tearing my self apart every day.

At your height and weight you shouldn't be a diet, and cut the push up's those aren't even on the pft work on those pull up's thats where your money is made just keep workin and you will be fine...
