I was recently reading on the Marine Corps. times website that all Marines that have tattoos that don't fall under the new guidelines have to have them documented in a dated page 11. I never had that done, what kind of ramifications will I run into? I do fall under some special circumstances though. In Feb I was injured in Iraq and recieved burns on my arm (burned everywhere but my tat thank God) and have been recieving treatment for it since then. Nobody has said anything about it because I've been wearing a pressure garment on my arm to protect my burn. Kind of an out of sight out of mind situation and this is the first time that I heard that they had to be documented.
