I had a U.S. history teacher in 11th grade. He was a Marine from 1980 to 1984. He served as an Electrical Engineer or something. He told me his memories about boot camp.

His Drill Instructors told everyone that they were sh!t. More specifically, whale sh!t. It's the lowest form of sh!t because it's at the bottom of the sea.

I was in awe. I also laughed because that is so original and funny.

Some things never change----that was around even in my day (1969). I guess it really is true, the DIs are not prejudice, they look at every recruit the very same way, as peices of whale chit! The only color they see is Marine Corps green! :evilgrin:
