tattoo sleeve

The only guy that I have brought into the office is ready to join and leave asap but he would definately need a tattoo waiver. His right forearm has a sleeve on it and my recruiter is trying to get a waiver approved. Will the MC make an exception or is this just out of the question?

Seeing as to how there is an order out about sleeves....................I doubt he'll get in but, anything is possible.
