Another 10,000 free prepaid phone cards are on their way to troops overseas, donated by AT&T.

Each phone card will provide 20 minutes of free talk time from Iraq to the U.S.

AT&T spokeswoman Amanda Ray said the USO will help AT&T distribute the phone cards to troops throughout Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, South Korea and Japan.

This marks the second set of 10,000 free prepaid phone cards donated by AT&T to the troops this year. AT&T plans to donate a total of 50,000 prepaid phone cards in 2007, valued at more than $50,000.

Since January 2006, the company has donated nearly 200,000 prepaid phone cards, valued at nearly $1.8 million, to military members and their families.
