As a young Sergeant, I hope to one day join the select few who can call themselves Drill Instructors-

Anyone know of avenues to attain DI School Teachbacks, knowledge, etc?

You could start by going to the local NCO school or Sergeants course or whatever they are calling it now. Many of the instructors have come off the drill field and probably will give you copies of teach backs they have. Good luck to ya.
