I only have one thing to ask of those whining on the current kick about national guard being deployed:
WHO buys the equipment you so fervently covet? Does it come from your state budget, or the fed?
If your state is buying it, then I'd say those folks perhaps have a righteous ***** if it's not being replaced.
But, oddly enough.....I don't think the state DOES buy it. I do believe the Federal gummint buys that stuff. From the guns, to the trucks, to the sandbags, to the bulldozers. I am reasonably sure it comes from the DoD, NOT the "State of ......" whatever.
IF that be the case.......
Then this be a NON ISSUE.
