Brother Gitmo Missile Crisis veteran, the Communist had 47,000 fully battle dressed Russian and Polish soldiers plus 227,000 Cuban soldiers. We were only a reinforced Battalion along with Gitmo's rifle company.

Hey 10th completely off topic but why are some of the recruits in that picture wearing barracks covers and some are not. Also some of the recruits arent wearing their alpha blouse. I know its been a while but do you remember what the reason was ?

It was weird, allot of the guys didn't get a full issue. I think most of, if not all, they just didn't have their size.

I recall one of the guys bigger than me that didn't get a over-coat insisted mine was his... he left bootcamp without one.

Neocon's aren't converted Democrats. It is a political ideology all its own. They are usually noted for believing three things.
1. Supply-Side Economics
2. A strong national government that is opposed to the decline of moral society. They are willing to look for betting alternatives to the social-welfare issues but aren't necessarily "small government Conservatives"
3. Strong patriotism, against Globalism, and willing to project power to look after national interests.
