Money After Boot Camp

How much money do you leave with from boot camp? After everything is deducted out and whatnot (uniforms, etc?)...

Just trying to plan ahead.

I think I left with about $1500. I believe your blues uniform is a requirement now so I think you have to pay for one more cover and set of trousers, but that shouldnt be much.

The avg. in my Plt was around 1200-1400. One guy left with only 700 bucks. I left with a little over 4500 ( married & PFC ). There was another married PFC that left with almost 5100.

Just don't buy every little thing they try to sell you and you'll be fine.
