The 0627 MOS

I've google it and did the roadmap and got some great information, but I'm still in the dark about exactly how they work. What I mean by that is would I be attached to a platoon of Grunts and go out on patrol with them being the radio guy? My recruiter was pretty vague about it, and any info would be greatly appreciated especially from those with that MOS. Thanks again guys for all your help, it's getting close for me and the knowledge you have instilled is invaluable.

thanks man I've looked over that a few times, I'm just not quite certain of the actual environment I will be working in, i.e base camp, patrols etc..

Thats why I was hoping some current or former 0627's would enlighten me.

Not that it really matters, just curious since I know a lot about the MOS already.
