We were wondering if anyone could tell us how long the course is for the water purification. We can not seem to find it anywhere....

Lets see, put water in bucket. Put bucket over fire. Heat to boiling. At least ten minutes at a rolling boil - I'd say 30-minutes for the whole thing.
Just kidding. :D

ha ha ha :p Our best bud is at MCRD San Diego, and got roped into water purification so they could ship him earlier. His real MOS is locked on for later, but was wondering when we should expect him to finish the first course. That's all. :cool:

The course was 8 weeks when I went through it but now that was in 1979 and it was in Aberdine MD
