MI welcomes more Marines home

LANSING -- While many in the area focus on the Marines of Alpha Company's return to Grand Rapids Sunday, more Michigan Marines will also be returning home, a number of the from West Michigan.
The Marine Corps' Charlie Company will be returning to Lansing Sunday as well. They have been serving in the same area as Alpha Company.
Among them is Lance Corporal Luke VanGessel of Cedar Springs. His mother-in-law Deb Hilton says his family plans to give all the Marines a warm welcome home.
