Eyeballs?

If your eyeballs are soo friggen bad that they dont correct fully to 20/20, but say 20/25-20/30 and you have astigmatism with 20/300 uncorrected, is it still possibly to get into the United States Marine Corps?


I am going to MEPs on May 13th, It's just that I want to know if I shouldnt get my hopes up. I've been wanting to be a Marine my whole life and if my ******* eyeballs are the thing stopping me I will be ****ed. I dont qualify for Lasik (astigmatism is too bad), but I do qualify for Lens Implant surgery, however I am not sure it is military approved.

What do you guys think?

it might disqualify you from certain jobs.. but as long as its correctable im sure it wont be a problem but also depends on the meps docs adn how nice hey are on that day

My eyesight does not correct to 20/20, without correction I am closer to 20/400.

I doubt the lens surgery is going to be allowable, so just get used to glasses.
