I Want to be a MARINE Pilot!!!

Well first off thanks to all the Marines out there, your work does not go unnoticed. I want to be a USMC pilot and fly a rotor aircraft. I would like to fly the CH-53, but first I would like to know what I have to do to reach my goal, physically, and mentally. Right now I am a soon to be sophomore in high school, I'm a boyscout and my grades are pretty good. I plan on joining ROTC in a <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:State><st1:place>Texas</st1:place></st1:State> college, so any advice as to where I should go to school, or after is greatly appreciated,
