One month and nine days until i leave!!! on May 29th...its hard to believe i have been DEP'd in for almost a year it went by quick as hell. Is anyone else leaving for PI on may 29th? :flag:

I'm leaving May 14th for Parris Island. Just under a month to go now. Can't wait.

Yeah I leave on the 14th, but for MCRDSD
as of now I am shipping out on the 29th to PI.

Yeh Field Radio, im joining the reserves while i finish Uni. Wanted reserve infantry, but they had no job openings down here in tampa for infantry.

I'm in Charleston right now, and it's only a little bit chilly right now because of the wind/storms from this Noreaster.
I think it'll be quite warm for all of us when the humidity of June-August hits ;)

A friend of mine's son is there now. He said it gets down to the 40's, but he doesn't notice because they dress for the weather! I can't believe my eyes when I read a letter from him, he likes it there! :cry:

how are you guys leaving on the 28th. I was told I couldnt leave until the 29th because the 28th is a national holiday. Anyway, I leave 20070529 to MCRD San Diego
