Well if you want a used one you could probaby find
one at a Thrift Store or Navy-Army Surplus store.
If you want a new one probably at the Uniform shop
on base.
They're pretty nifty. I always wore mine during the cold
months since the government couldn't seem to afford
heating or AC so we had to adapt and overcome. It
keeps you pretty warm.
