The Young Marines Program. What determines where it is? I was close to joining when my dad was stationed in Cherry Point, but then he retired. And now up here the closest Young Marines is in Skowhegan which is well over an hour away. Any answer are welcome.

Usually it will be at a reserve station or something, so there are Marines there to deal with.

Find the closest Marine Corps League Detachment and contact them, they can and will help you out.
