Hey guys,
On 5th April 2003 Im going to be carrying out an 80 mile Mountain Bike Ride from Pontefract, West Yorkshire to Glossop, Derbyshire (Peak District) and back. I'm doing it all in aid of a charity know as 'Combat Stress' (http://www.combatstress.com/). They are a similar charity to the FVF, but covers all servicemen and women gaining a psychological disability as a result of their service.
You can all donate online at http://www.justgiving.com/ash2003/. Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Visa and Delta are accepted so there's no excuses for not sponsoring me :yes: .
And to FVF: Sorry for not doing this for your charity but you should recieve an e-mail from justgiving.com about using them to take in cash so I can get sponsors on-line. I've signed up for the British 10k Race in London supporting your charity so some cash will be coming soon.
