VMA-211 members return to Yuma from Iraq

More than 160 air wingers assigned to Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., began returning home today after a six-month deployment to Iraq, according to an air station release.
The first 45 Marines assigned to Marine Attack Squadron 211, including augments from Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 13, returned at noon today and another 120 are due to arrive tomorrow, according to the release.
The squadron was attached to Marine Aircraft Group 12, headquartered at al Asad Air Base during its deployment, according to the release.
