Where would I find out if I rate any more medals/ribbons? Is there a website that I can go to?
Also, how would I go about finding out where members of my boot camp platoon live? I am trying to set up a 20 year reunion in 2 years and need to start very soon. Most of them I have not seen since grad. day (3-24-89)

probably the Military personell records center, kansas city, MO, get the address from a recruiter. but from looking at your profile I don;t think oyu rate anything you weren't issued.;)

I was making copies of my dd-214 for my federal job applications and I saw there are three awards. I thought I only had the one for good conduct. I guess they were Dessert storm unit awards that I was unaware of. Shows how much attention I was paying back then.

I got out in '65 and was only issued two medals. Not until '96 thirty-one years later I decided to get the other two I knew of, they authorized four more and duplicated the other two for a total of six. Mostly I was there medals.
Surfing the internet last evening I ran across this on http://www.urbin.net/EWW/sigs/mil-sigs.html:
Campaign ribbon: I was there.
Medal for valor: (Bronze Star, Silver Star, etc): I was there, did something really stupid that worked, and my side saw me do it.
Purple Heart: I was there, did something really stupid, and the enemy saw me do it.
