When a sailor of Marine drinks enough the night and/or morning before reporting for duty that his or her BAC is still .04 or higher, "they are NOT sober".

The random Breathalyzer test will be resented by the "party animals", but it will help deter irresponsible drinking and potentially dangerous incidents and accidents.

I'm for it.
