View Full Version : First Poolee event.
Hello everyone just got waking up from my first poolee event last night. I'm sore as all hell... and loving it :).... I have allready made a few new friends from last night...I cant wait till next Wednesday.... This has by far been the hardest physical thing I have done in a long time... I am proud to run with my future Marine buddys. :)
I loved the poolee meeting too! Too bad my RSS only has them every couple of weeks, maybe twice a month.
Did you run an IFT?
My RSS holds one every Wed and first SAT of every month.. we were supposed to run an IFT last SAT but the weather did not permit it....
Damn, that's 5 poolee meets a month. Awesome, good luck fellow poolee.
I better give you a heads up.... you should fill out the rest of your profile ASAP before a mod or another member jumps down your throat for it.

Things have changed a lot since I was in the DEP. We only met once a month, and everyone else seemed to do that same thing.
Yes sir... we now meet five times a month.

The reason why I dont like pool functions is because their on first Saturdays of the month... and sat and Sun I work 12 hours each day. Pool function 7-1:30 and then straight to work 2pm-2am. I loved em before I got this new schedual... but I did it in order to go to the YMCA Mon-Fri to get in crazy shape =D and its working out justttt fine!
I dont work so I have all the time in the world. :)

I own my own car... I do not pay rent.. I paid for my own car with my own money... thats what a summer job is for :)...right now my main focus is School and only school.
We (RSS St Petersburg, Fl) meet 9 times a month, twice a week, on Tues and Thurs from 1730-1930 and once on the 2nd sat of each month from 0830-1100

you guys are lucky - I was in DEP for 9 months and didn't see my Recruiter but 3 times - once when I walked into his office, once when He took me to Meps, and the day I shipped out. PERIOD! I should have known he was shady when I saw them Playboy Bunnies on his socks......................
