After having read in the newspapers and the internet news sites about the worldwide marches for "peace," I think it would be worthy to organize a march in favor of the liberation of the people of Iraq.

Saddam is using these "peace" marches as propoganda against US Policy and for the continual suppression of the citizens of Iraq. It's time to organize marchs around the country showing support of President Bush and Prime Minister Blair; to counter the propoganda machine of the great Saddam; and to demonstrate to the world - and especially the great tryant Saddam, that his support is nil; time to pack his bags, mount his camel, and find himself a cave.

Marines are leaders. Time to lead. How's about it.

Not a bad idea if I do say so myself....We've been trying to get something like that started here in Green Bay....So far not so much luck....But we keep trying!

Good picture. Reminds me of when I was married, only I was the one in uniform. The prize in this photo is the little one being held by dad. I want to organize a worldwide march of support and I'm gonna get all wet-eye lookin at that beauitful baby. The principle that once a Marine always Marine holds true for: Once a Mom always a Mom.

Okay, so how should we go about organizing a march showing support for the people of Iraq? To show support for our CIC (Commander-In-Chief)? The best place to start, that I can figure out, is right here in this forum. How do we gardner the active support of Marines? Then the next step is to determine a name for the march, then go for public support via active participation. But most of all, the primary objective should be to KEEP IT SIMPLE.

Ideals? Thoughts?
