Does anyone know how advancing rank in the reserves works exactly? Is it still composite scores after Corporal or no?

You get promoted to PFC and LCPL based on time assuming you haven't done anything to get non-rec'ed. For Cpl and Sgt you need to make the score, assuming your MOS has a posted score. For SSgt and above you have to be selected based on your Fit-Reps and past performance.
