Question about ship weight

im currently in Dep and i am 5"7 i have to weight 176 to ship i shiop in june But i was wondering im like 200 pounds, im a wrestler and i lift alot and i know im under 20 percent body fat do they test for body fat if you dont make your ship weight befor you ship or no?

Under 20 isn't good enough, you have to be under 18. Plus, they use a tape method, which sometimes gets you different readings.

I don't know if they tape people to ship, I've never seen it done. Just lose the weight.

oh i plan on loosing the weight i was jsut wondering i dont reall know any good diets or anythign when i first decided to join the DEP i was 250 and i had to get down to 197 and i did it the bad way so im just trying to do it the good way this time
