Military couple to receive Fantasy Wedding

FALLBROOK ---- A military couple will receive an all-expenses-paid Fantasy Wedding June 10. This will be the fifth one put on by the community.
Presented by the Fallbrook Wedding Council, the Fantasy Wedding was conceived to thank Fallbrook's military neighbors for their contribution to our country, in addition to promoting Fallbrook as a wedding destination. The Fallbrook Fantasy Wedding is valued at more than $25,000.
To qualify for consideration, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- At least one of the applicants must be serving active-duty in the military.
- Each must be 21 years of age or older by June 10, 2007.
- Applicants can't have been previously married and can't have had children.
- Applicants are requested to submit a 1-page essay describing why they should be chosen.
- Applicants are also requested to submit a current photograph.
- The deadline to apply is Jan. 26.
The Fantasy Wedding, with the bride arriving in a horse and carriage, will be held at the Grand Tradition. The reception, complete with gourmet fare and champagne toasts, will follow at Pala Mesa Resort.
Further wedding services include flowers, wedding cake, invitations, photography, videography, white dove release, music, wedding coordination, the rehearsal dinner and a nondenominational minister to conduct the service.
