Forget it.
I showed up at a party one time, the invitation said "Dress: Black Tie."
There I was, with my black tie on, and everyone else was wearing suits and dresses.

Maybe a bit late in the reply here.... but I'm in.
Been having to wait on other plans finalizing before I could commit to specifics. Looks like I'm in Chicago working that week, so I'm gonna fly straight from there to DC.
Probably fly out Friday AM..... who else is in Chicago area, flying out?? We can hook up there.
