I'm looking for a place to find some cool forms like the 9-line brief for close air support, and SALUTE report, 9-line medevac report. Trash like that.
If you laminate them you can use a grease pencil to write on and reuse em'.

I had the First Marine Division handbook laminated, but we made our own and it worked out alot better. I suggest you do so too, make a bunch of copies and hand them out amongst your platoon. It will look good, and feel better knowing you are taking the inititive, and helping out in positive way.
Heres a suggestion, put the 9 line on top in BIG black letters, then "call for fire" ect salute reports are not time critical in the way a urgent surgical casualty is...
Good luck

3) Select a vantage point
4) Make a Reconnaissance
5) Formulate a plan
6) Issue an order
7) Supervise action throughout
8) When that fails, Kick Ass and Take Names
SMEAC (Five Paragraph Oder)

2) Mission
3) Execution

Not that it matters, but for accuracy's sake it's Command and Signal.

You are BOTH right...
Like I said in a previous post, some of the acronyms have changed slightly, some have changed drasticly like BAMCIS...

No no:D
The army calls Comm "Commo" As fot he SMEAC it is Command and signal, which makes more sense with your "signal plans" i.e. smoke pop-ups ect.
