My hubby is not a professional. He is a serious amateur!:D

Great pictures! You know when I graduated from MCRD San Diego in Nov 1976, my parents didnt make the trip from Louisiana, but on Jan 12, 2007 when my son graduates from MCRD Parris Island, his family will be there. (Mom, Pop and Older Sister) Just bought the wife a digital camera for X-mas, we should have some pictures for memory, maybe not as good as your's though. Yoour son is lucky to have y'all for parents and support.:)

My parents aren't going to be taking any pictures of the graduation because the professionally done DVD should be good to go and they're going to buy like 20 copies, haha. They'll bring a camera, but only take pictures afterwards of me in the squadbay and things like that, but nothing during the actual EGA and Graduation ceremonies because of the DVD.

Accord, we received the DVD yesterday and although it is very nice for an overview, it doesn't quite fill the bill for personal memories. The DVD only showed one very short glimpse of my son. The still pictures my hubby took bring it all together.

:iwo: hi Connie. Always great to see young people going in the Marines....even better when they are fellow Louisianians.

Tell him " Thanks" for his service.
