I remember being at Camp Pendelton at range 213 and going into a Honeybucket there. While expelling my devil juice I read something written on the inside. It said quote" I love the ****ing Marine Corps and the Marine Corps love ****ing me!" This totally summed up life in the infantry. Despite all of the adversity and heart aches us grunts still love the Corps.

It's still the truth today. I spoke a young Sgt. the other day. He pretty much echoed the same thing. He also stated " We all complain about all sorts of things that go wrong. But, when the sh** hits the fan. Only Marines will unite as one and resolve it ":thumbup:
