The body of 19-year-old Marine Pvt. Heath Warner arrived in Cleveland Saturday night after he was killed in Iraq last week.

Police and Marines escorted his body to Canton where funeral services are planned for this week.

While making plans for his funeral, Warner's parents request was granted -- a horse-drawn hearse from 1896 will carry their son during the funeral procession that will pass by his Canton home.

Warner's friends and family said he wanted to become a Marine since he was a child.

"My son, I believe this was his calling. I believe God put this in his heart to do this," Melissa Warner said.

Heath Warner, a 2005 graduate of Canton McKinley High School, was killed by a roadside bomb in Iraq the day before Thanksgiving.

Calling hours for Warner are Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Bethel Temple in Canton. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday.

The parents want their son to be buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
