Looking for any 1st FSSG Marines who were on West Pac 1988. With Preference of those on board USS Juneau, LPD 10.
Served with some old salts out there, and a few sea lawyers!
Also anyone who may have been with MP Co. 1st FSSG Camp Pendleton Ca. No I was a combat/Filed MP. I detested ticket writing. When detacted to a Provost Marshall's Headquaters, for me to write a ticket, you had to really screw up. The filed was great, as most issue could be dealt with right there.
:beer: While on float and on Shore Patrol, I would rather givt, Happy Marines and Sailors a ride back to thier ship, help them up the Quarter Deck, turn them over to the officer of the deck. Got more respect that way than jammin' em.
Although, I know of a few MP's even field MP's, just could not wait to Jack somebody up. I always enjoyed calm them down, I'd say," Remember, you have six months on this ship, and wog day is coming!"
