The Army and others just on keep working so hard to understand the Marine Corps. They look, they prod and they sift to find the ingredient that makes the Corps unique. They have their guesses and sometimes even trip over a morsel of fact. The truth is, they will never understand what makes the Marine Corps so, well, Marine!
That's because the ingredient lacks definition. It is something instilled into every Marine when they have earned the title. It is there for others to see, but not to understand.
It is, "Esprit de corps"!
When you have it, you live it. It is a part of you.
MARINES, OOH--RAAAAA!

It sure sounds as if THIS Army officer has us pegged, he should switch to our team, sounds like one of the Few.
