From what I've found, UW is the Presidential detail.

Thank you for that but thats the thing that is bothering me the head recruiter is telling me that UW isn't Presidential Guard but its a higher clearence security forces I'm trying to get this all cleared up because I was originally signed up for UV then he called me asking me if I wanted UW I want to make sure I know what I'm getting myself into cause I don't really want Presidential Guard... I've got other goals and that isn't one of them...

Try Private Messaging those former poolees that posted the UV UW thing.
Also, have a good talk with someone whose longevity and maturity you trust, like a Scoutmaster or something, about the unique opportunity your Recruiter is offering.

Start here http://www.usmc.mil/directiv.nsf/0/5ddb8f2ce1c7aa73852569260059db3d/$FILE/MCO%201130.53P%20W%20CH%201.pdf
then read this
"FAST Marines are selected randomly here at the school. There is no test, physically or mentally, to join a FAST platoon. Marines that come in with a UW contract w/ yankee white option and don't get selected by the 8th & I screening team are eligible to be stationed anywhere else in the battalion (PRP, FAST, Overseas, etc). Those Marines do not "automatically" get sent to a certain duty station just because they were rejected for PSD.
Many factors come into play when determining a Marine's duty station. His background checklist, security clearance status, needs of the battalion, where the Marine wants to go, etc. all come into play when the Company Executive Officer determines the duty stations."
