Many of you may remember reading the article "Taking Chance Home" Im placing the link to the story below for those who didnt read it. His Mom is planning a mission to walk from MCAGCC Twentynine Palms (The Stumps) to where he was laid to rest in Wyoming. They are walking 20 miles a day from the stumps to Crowheart WY a distance of 1,574 miles. Chance has one tough Marine Mom!

My slide rule shows that it will be 3,324,288 steps at 30" each and 78.7 walking days. Much of this is in the Rocky Mountains!
