Leatherneck.com, the top online Marine Corps community, today announced it has entered into a strategic alliance with Team Rensi Motorsports who is the current NASCAR advertising partner with Team Marines Racing.
"Leatherneck.com is very confident that this partnership with Team Rensi, owners of the #25 Marines racecar and the #35 McDonald’s racecar, will be beneficial for both organizations," said Jerry Shaffer, Founder and President of Leatherneck.com. "Leatherneck has always sought strategic partners who can enhance and extend our services and support to the Marine Corps community."
Leatherneck and Team Rensi plan to roll out their first project, TaylorMade-Adidas Golf products co-branded with the Marine Corps emblem, in early December 2006, and will benefit the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund.
Leatherneck.com will make it’s debut on the Team Marines racecar November 4th during the O'Reilly Challenge at Texas Motor Speedway.
