***NINTH CIRCUIT COURT REJECTS AMICUS BRIEF

For the second time the same Three Judge panel that originally
ruled the Pledge of Allegiance unconstitutional has DENIED
Grassfire's official Amicus motion!
They've turned their back on the voices of more
than 325,098 Americans who love and support our Pledge
and the 50,000 who also signed the Amicus Brief!
Other leading conservative-minded organizations including the
ACLJ, the American Legion and others have also suffered a
similar fate, leaving us convinced that this left coast court
has no desire to hear the voice of conservative America!
THIS KIND OF BIAS CANNOT BE TOLERATED!
We are calling on everyone who has signed our petition
"Supporting the Pledge" to take immediate action against
this bias in two very critical ways:
